The political situation had a long-term relief on married couples for all the entire times since marriage was a personal matter for each of the Ukrainians. The concern of the Ukraine law and Ministry of Health care have set up a necessary law for all couples wishing to get their marriage unit registered. It is now obligatory for the couple to bring their medical certificates to the registry office to get a legal permission of the government to get married. Is this good or bad?
On the first hand this would be useful for progressing healthy children birth, statistics and disease control. On the other hand, would not that stand in the way for new marriages to be set up? This question has not yet been discussed on the open forums and round tables. We would hope for the results to justify our expectations.
